These are some of the manual tests we did on the beach cleaning robot to try out the driving, robot arm and the claw. All of the operation is manual so one of the next tasks is to automate the driving and arm operation so the robot can operate autonomously. This is a senior robotics project at Paraparaumu College and is being supported by the Kāpiti Coast District Council and the New Zealand Navy.
